The Zest'23 app is developed by the web team of the COEP Technological University.

ZEST’23 is a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by COEP ZEST’23 at no cost and is intended for use as it is. We respect the privacy rights of our users and are committed to protecting their personal information. The Zest 23 app requires internet connection and location permissions. No personal information is stored in our database. The app only fetches data from the Firebase database and displays it to users.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

This Service does use cache explicitly. Cache is primarily used to reduce the waiting time while fetching from the databasse. The app may use third-party code and libraries that use cache to improve their services. If the user doesnot wants to store cache memory he can clear it.

The Zest 23 app may use third-party services to provide certain functionality. These third-party services may collect and store information about users However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. But it is subject to their own privacy policies, which we encourage users to review.

We take all necessary measures to protect the security of user information. Access to the data is restricted to authorized personnel only. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Zest 23 app uses Apache 2.0 dependency for its smooth navigation and UI purpose. Apache 2.0 is an open-source software license that allows users to freely use and distribute software. By using Apache 2.0 in our app, we aim to provide users with a reliable and secure navigation experience.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided me with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
