Why we started SELF-DEFENCE for women?
SELF-DEFENCE opens up this source of freedom for women in an imperfect world. Building confidence in physical resistance skills allows women to feel more capable and more at peace when in potentially dangerous areas as they know
the proper techniques to help fend off an attacker.
Why we came up with the idea of SELF-DEFENCE for men?
It's safe to say that most men have been in some kind of altercation at one time or another Men often find themselves in different kinds of SELF-DEFENCE situations than women face . Many men are also concerned about safety, both
their own and for their families. In some ways, they may feel reluctant to talk to others about SELF-DEFENCE for men because of the social idea that they, as men, are already supposed to be able to take care of themselves and
their loved ones. But many of us, of course, did not grow up in the circumstances where we would actually learn to fight others. So, we don’t actually know what to do and don’t have confidence in our natural abilities.
Thus mens needs to learn SELF-DEFENCE too! The male version of the course is called Resisting Aggression with DEFENCE.
